GLUTEN FREE PIZZA

Healthy Pizza :)

4 eggs
8 tbsp olive oil
2 dl cream (or water)
6 tablespoons Fiberhusk
4 teaspoon dried basil or oregano
2 pinches of salt

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Beat the eggs with salt, oil and cream. Add Fiberhusk and let to swell for a few minutes. Stir in the spices and stir. Spread the dough on a sheet of paper covered (easiest to use freezer bags on her hands and pressing out the dough, then stick it), and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until it has got a nice golden brown colour.
