HEALHY BANANA OAT CAKES

Healthy cakes, really good and no sugar or fat, I’m replacing the butter with mashed banana!

Ingredients:

1 banana
2 tablespoons oatmeal (preferably fiber and / or gluten-free)
4 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons hazelnut flour
2 teaspoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons grated coconut
2 tsp agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla powder
cinnamon (about 1 tsp)
happy little chopped nuts to have the cake, I took hazelnuts :)

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Mash the banana and mix in remaining ingredients.
Add gladly chopped nuts.

Makes 8 cakes out cookie dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

If you want you can put some of hazelnut cream on the cookies, super good!
