You need:
4 1/2 dl flour
1 dl sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
150g butter
1 egg
2 dl lingonberries
sprinkles:
1 1/2 dl oatmeal
1 dl sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
50g butter
1. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Then add the butter and the egg and mix everything together.
2. Press the dough in a small roasting pan, about 20 x 30 cm. Put the lingonberry jam over the dough.
3. Mix the oatmeal, sugar and vanilla sugar. Melt the butter and pour it over. Stir well.
4. Sprinkle the oatmeal mass over the jam. Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 20min.
5. Allow the cake to cool, then cut into squares. :)
