When you want to be healthy and really want to eat something sweet to the coffee, like I always want haha. This coconut biscuits is perfect! So fast to do and they have just 4 ingredients! :)
1.5 tablespoons coconut oil
1.5 dl of grated coconut
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Melt the coconut oil and mix all ingredients. Let stand for about 15 minutes.
Divide the batter on a baking dish into small peaks and put into the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until they become golden brown. :)
