This was our dinner today :) I’m always trying to find different recipes and change it and mix it together, make it a little more like my own. :) You need too try this dish!

Lamb mincemeat:

500g minced lamb
3/4 dl cream
1 clove garlic, pressed
3/4 dl freshly grated breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tsp veal stock
1 egg
salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil for frying

tzatziki:

1 half shredded cucumber, squeeze out the liquid
1 dl Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, pressed
salt and pepper

Roasted garlic potatoes:

potatoes
1 clove garlic
olive oil and butter
sea salt

Do this:

Start with the potatoes. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Rinse the potatoes, save the skin on. Cut them into pieces. Mix with olive oil, sea salt and a little bit of butter. Put into the oven. Turn around the potatoes now and then.

Mix all the ingredients for the tzatsiki and put in the refrigerator during the time.
Then mix all the ingredients for the patties too a smooth mince. Shape the patties and fry for a few minutes on each side in hot olive oil until they are lightly pink inside. :)
