TUNA SASHIMI WITH MANGO AND AVOCADO SALLAD

Today I made a simple, fast and a healthy dinner! I love tuna and it is so good that you can buy a real good tuna bite from the fish store here in Iceland. :)

You need:

2-4 avocados
1 large mango
1/2 – 1 red chilli (finely chopped)
1 pot coriander
sea salt
black pepper
5 drops of sesame oil, or more
100 g pine nuts
500 g fresh tuna
1 dl sesame seeds
olive oil

Dressing:

1/2 dl soy sauce
1 lemon (juice)

For serving:

lime

Do this:

Dice the avocado and mango, mix it with chili, coriander, salt, black pepper and sesame oil. Toast the pine nuts with a little salt flakes in a hot, dry pan and add to the salad. Season the tuna with salt flakes and black pepper and roll it in the sesame seeds. Broil the tuna quickly in a little oil in a hot frying pan so that it gets browned all over (but it still gonna be completely raw inside). Slice the fish into slices and put them together on a plate with the salad next to it. Mix together the soy sauce and lemon juice and pour it over the fish.
