PUFF PASTRY WITH GOAT CHEESE

And it is as simple as it looks.
You can by ready puff pastry at the supermarket. And you just cut them in half to nice squares.

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C. But the pastry on a baking try, prick some holes with a fork on the pastry.
  2. Brush the edges with beaten egg.
  3. Add some fig jam, then a piece of goat cheese and chopped walnuts.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 min or until they get a nice brown colour.
  5. Drizzle some honey over the pastries.
